Peg's Glorified Ham n Eggs - E Prater Way
A family-run neighborhood restaurant in the Sparks area called Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs opened its doors in 1999 and is open seven days a week. Esquire Magazine has called it the “Best Breakfast in America,” and locals have voted it as offering the “Best Breakfast.” However, all Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs locations remain family-run and -owned, continuing the original family legacy of “Peg’s” and “Pops” of offering “glorified” cuisine and “egg-cellent” service. The restaurant has grown to include several sites throughout Northern Nevada and California.
Pietro's Famiglia
The family-run Pietro’s Famiglia restaurant in Sparks, Nevada, opened its doors and began preparing and serving authentic Italian cuisine to the community in 2005. On the menu are soups, salads, appetizers, a variety of meals, and pasta, of course. Traditional Italian cuisine is served at Pietro’s Famiglia, along with specialty wines from the Napa Valley and Italy that go well with the dishes. The brewery in Nevada The Great Basin Brewery says it has won more awards than any other business in the state. In 1993, the Sparks, Nevada, small-batch pilot brewery first opened its doors. It now offers a choice of beers coupled with dishes that are likely to delight beer aficionados. There are places where you may eat outside with your dog during the warmer seasons. The Great Basin Brewery provides daily specials with themes like “Tightwad Tuesdays” and “Crowler Wednesday” from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
Sparks Marina Park Lake
